He was part of the founding team at Carbon in 2013, and most recently the Chief Product and Business Development officer responsible for Carbon’s product strategy and strategic partnerships. Most recently, Phil led the go-to-market strategy and managed Carbon’s most strategic partnerships and customer relationships. Carl K. Dekker is the president of Met-L-Flo, a contract manufacturer. Mr. Dekker has presented his work at various conferences globally and has been published in various industry journals. Currently the President Elect of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (past VP and Secretary), Fellow of the ASTM International, Past Chair ASTM Intl. F42 Committee on Standards for Additive Manufacturing, and a Past Chairperson of the SME’s Rapid Technologies and Additive Manufacturing (RTAM) Community (formerly the RPA). He is also a proud recipient of the AMUG DINO award.

Todd Grimm

Todd Grimm is 32-year veteran of the additive manufacturing/3D printing industry. Todd is president of T. A. Grimm & Associates, an additive manufacturing consulting and communications company. He has also served as an independent director on the board of directors of ARC Group Worldwide (NASDAQ: ARCW).

Todd currently sits on the TCT Expert Advisory Board and is an advisor for the RAPID + TCT conference. He has also served as chairman of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers’ (SME) RTAM community and on the board of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) as its AM industry advisor.
