Phil is a member of the Office of the CEO. He was part of the founding team at Carbon in 2013, and most recently the Chief Product and Business Development officer responsible for Carbon’s product strategy and strategic partnerships. Most recently, Phil led the go-to-market strategy and managed Carbon’s most strategic partnerships and customer relationships. Prior to Carbon, Phil co-founded and was the VP of Business Development at Buystand, an ecommerce company. Phil received his BA in business and econometrics from Ursinus College.

Michelle leads Stanley X in building new sources of growth and innovation for Stanley Black & Decker via incubating internal startups, ecosystem development, and partnering with synergistic companies. Previously, Michelle held leadership positions with GE Digital, GE Healthcare and HP, as well as leading start-up organizations. With many years of industry experience spanning from engineering to manufacturing, Michelle’s expertise, curiosity, and authenticity make her an award-winning professional and sought-after speaker. Michelle is committed to the professional advancement of women and girls in STEM as well as developing diverse talent for the workforce of the future. She holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology and resides in San Francisco.

Carl K. Dekker is the president of Met-L-Flo, a contract manufacturer. Mr. Dekker has presented his work at various conferences globally and has been published in various industry journals. Currently the President Elect of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (past VP and Secretary), Fellow of the ASTM International, Past Chair ASTM Intl. F42 Committee on Standards for Additive Manufacturing, and a Past Chairperson of the SME’s Rapid Technologies and Additive Manufacturing (RTAM) Community (formerly the RPA). He is also a proud recipient of the AMUG DINO award.

Todd Grimm is 32-year veteran of the additive manufacturing/3D printing industry. Todd is president of T. A. Grimm & Associates, an additive manufacturing consulting and communications company. He has also served as an independent director on the board of directors of ARC Group Worldwide (NASDAQ: ARCW).

Todd currently sits on the TCT Expert Advisory Board and is an advisor for the RAPID + TCT conference. He has also served as chairman of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers’ (SME) RTAM community and on the board of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) as its AM industry advisor.
