Tali leads Xerox Elem Additive, Xerox’s 3D Printing arm, where she carries end-to-end responsibility for Elem Additive’s solutions.

Tali has been in the Additive Manufacturing space for close to a decade, and carried roles across strategy, corporate development and product management. She was previously heading Product Strategy & Operations at Stratasys, a global leader in 3D printing technology. In her role, she was responsible for the overall product roadmap and developing application-specific go-to-market channels. She also led the company’s investments in early-stage startups and collaborated with startups across the Additive Manufacturing industry.

Tali is currently based at Elem Additive’s primary location in RTP, North Carolina.

Ian Halliday

Dr Halliday is a 3D-Printing (AM) pioneer with 33 years’ experience in the field, from Automotive industry Chief Engineer through to 3T AM CEO for 13 years from 2005, providing the vision, strategy and drive to the business. Under Ian’s leadership, 3T grew from small plastic prototyping provider, to become one of the world’s leading Metal and Plastic AM Production companies with a complete service process chain, a successful R&D team, and a profitable bottom line.

Ian has extensive experience as an innovative technology pioneer in setting up and running multiple AM and CNC departments and the successful company, 3T AM Ltd. His strategic insights in the AM industry have helped many OEMs maximise their benefits from AM introduction over the years.

Ian has always been passionate about the potential for AM and related technical innovations, and greatly enjoys helping people through their AM journey. He set up a large and highly capable R&D team at 3T as a pivotal aspect of driving excellence within the company, and in becoming one of the best-regarded AM production companies globally.

Ian has a strong academic background both technically and in business. He has worked in Manufacturing all his career, principally in Aerospace and Automotive, including Rolls-Royce Aero, Rover Group/ BMW Group, MG Rover and as CEO of 3T AM (2005 – 2019). He is currently Chairman of the Board for WAAM3D, an Associate Director of 3D Consultancy, an Advisor to Rivelin Robotics, and an AM Industry Consultant.

Andre Wegner is founder and CEO of Authentise (www.authentise.com), a leader in data-driven process automation software for digital manufacturing. He is also the Chair of Digital Manufacturing at Singularity University in Silicon Valley. Andre has spoken at over 200 events on additive manufacturing and the digital thread, and has been quoted in publications such as BBC News, MIT Tech Review, Chicago Tribune, and Bloomberg. Prior to Authentise Andre invested in and supported capital raises of companies in Nigeria and India. Andre is a graduate of St. Andrews University (M.A. - UK), ESSEC (M.Sc. - France) and Singularity University (California).

Todd Grimm is 32-year veteran of the additive manufacturing/3D printing industry. Todd is president of T. A. Grimm & Associates, an additive manufacturing consulting and communications company. He has also served as an independent director on the board of directors of ARC Group Worldwide (NASDAQ: ARCW).

Todd currently sits on the TCT Expert Advisory Board and is an advisor for the RAPID + TCT conference. He has also served as chairman of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers’ (SME) RTAM community and on the board of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) as its AM industry advisor.
