His mission is to help metalworking companies make successful business in rapidly changing markets with automation and digitalization. Mr. Humphreys has been working with Fastems since 1999, first as the sales manager of UK operation, then as managing director of Fastems Ltd., before moving to the US in 2006 as part of an expansion of Fastems business in North America. Before Fastems, Mr. Humphreys worked in the machine tool world offering turnkey engineering and FMS solutions. Prior to that, he worked as a program manager and planning engineer in aerospace and defense contract manufacturing.
