Regular operations at the customer’s plant were being adversely impacted due to Metallurgical deformation resulting in fracture of coupling rings in a turbo machine. Bosch implemented a Digital Twin solution on AWS that helped identify and eliminate root cause based on insights from our physics based models. The solution also aided in preventing frequent damage to a part in a critical asset in production and averting its breakdown in a nearby similar installation.
